study of child support enforcement. Revenue.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Not withstanding any law to the contrary, the Legislature will establish a working Commission to study the application, efficiency and results of the Child Support Enforcement Program, established by Chapter 5 of the Acts of 1995.
The Commission will consist of the Commissioner of the Department of revenue or his designee, two members of the General Court, one appointed by the Senate President, one by the Speaker of the House and the Administrative Judge of the Probate Court or his designee.
The Commission will gather pertinent information and report to the Senate and house Committees on Ways and Means by January 1, 2006.
