In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

AN ACT authorizing the refund of automobile sales tax to Fred Magdalenski of the town of Westford

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.   Notwithstanding the provisions of chapter 64H of the General Laws the commissioner of the department of revenue with the approval of the treasurer of the commonwealth is hereby authorized and directed to refund the sum of One- Thousand and seventy-five-dollars out of any available funds to Fred Magdalenski of Westford which represents the amount of sales tax pain for the purchase of his car which the car was returned to the auto dealer in good faith.
