AN ACT encouraging deleading of residential units

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.  Subsection (e) of section 6 of chapter 62 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking, in line 65, the word “one” and inserting in place thereof the following word: - “two”.

Section 2.  Said subsection (e) of section 6 of chapter 62 of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby further amended by striking, in line 75, the word “five” and inserting in place thereof the following word: - “fifteen”.
