AN ACT reestablishing a regional office of the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination in the city of Worcester

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Section 56 of Chapter 6 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended in lines 26 and 27 by striking out the words “cities of New Bedford and Springfield.” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- cities of New Bedford, Worcester and Springfield.
