AN ACT to rental agreements of the division of capital planning and operations

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Section 40F of Chapter 7 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended in line 147 by striking the word “five” and inserting in place thereof the following:--“fifteen”.

SECTION 2.   Section 40G of chapter 7 of the General Laws, as appearing, is hereby amended in line 12 by striking the word “ten” and inserting in place thereof the following:--“fifteen”, and is hereby further amended in line 13 by adding after the word “commonwealth” the following:-- “provided however, that the commissioner shall take all possible steps to lease premises or buildings located in a commercial center revitalization district which has been designated according to the provisions of chapter 23B, section 11(f).”
