AN ACT REQUIREING SEALED BIDS OR COMPETITICE PROPOSALS FOR THE AWAED OF SCHOOL TRANSPORTATION CONTRACTS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Section 7A of Chapter 71 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the words "of competitive sealed bids" in line 25, the words "or requests for proposals as provided for in Chapter 30B of the General Laws."
