Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Paragraph (c) of section 10 of chapter 66 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following sentence:- If the court finds in favor of the complainant, in addition to ordering compliance the court may award damages to the complainant, including legal fees and court costs.
