Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Chapter 6 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after section 15 _ the following section:-
Section 15 ___ . The Governor shall annually issue a proclamation setting apart the month of September as “Brain Aneurysm Awareness Month” in order to increase the citizen’s awareness of a leading cause of death in the United States, as to lead to a better education of it and thus leading to earlier diagnoses, resulting in a higher chance of long term survival; and shall recommend that it be observed by the people in an appropriate manner.
