Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1.
Paragraph (1) of section 39F of chapter 30 of the general laws is hereby amended by striking said paragraph and inserting in place thereof the following:-
(1) Every contract awarded pursuant to sections forty-four A to L, inclusive, of chapter one hundred and forty-nine and every contract awarded pursuant to section thirty-nine M of chapter thirty shall contain the following subparagraphs and in each case those subparagraphs shall be binding between the general contractor and each subcontractor.
