Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 2 of Chapter 30B of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2002 Official Edition, is hereby amended at the end of line 21 by adding the following:-
An individual who has obtained certification through the Massachusetts certified public purchasing official program administered by the Massachusetts office of the inspector general and who has been appointed by the municipal board of health to procure all supplies and services for said board.
