Secretary of the Commonwealth and Michael W. Morrissey for
legislation relating to the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of
Boston, a corporation sole. State Administration and
Regulatory Oversight.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Chapter 506 of the Acts of 1897 is hereby amended by inserting after section 6 as so appearing two new sections as follows:-
Section 6A. Notwithstanding any special or general law to the contrary the corporation created under this Act shall annually file with the Secretary of the Commonwealth a schedule showing all real estate transactions engaged in by the corporation during the previous calendar year and further disclosing all consideration paid, received or given for such real estate. Said filing shall be in a form determined by the Secretary and shall be filed at a time determined by him.
Section 6B. Notwithstanding any special or general law to the contrary the corporation created under this Act shall annually file with the Secretary of the Commonwealth a schedule showing all bequests whether real or personal property received by the corporation during the previous calendar year. Said filing shall be on a form determined by the Secretary and shall be filed at a time determined by him.
