In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

AN ACT amending the heating assistance and tax relief

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.  Section 14 of Chapter 140 of the Acts of 2005 of the General Laws, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “propane,” the following words:- “electricity, wood”
