Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 3 of chapter 40A of the General Laws, as appearing in section 36 of chapter 123 of the acts of 2006 is hereby amended by adding the following sentence:-
For the purposes of this chapter, the term public service corporation shall not include commercial mobile radio service providers.
