AN ACT providing for the inclusion of certain gas employees within the protective provisions of the deregulation law

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.   Subsection (b) of section 1E of chapter 164 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2000 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking the words “after the effective date of this act”, in line 15 to 16.
