AN ACT amending the cultural council requirements

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.  Section 58 of Chapter 10 of the General Laws is hereby amended by striking out the second sentence in the fourth paragraph and inserting the following:- “Members may be elected public officials.”
