Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 3A of Chapter 64G of the Massachusetts General Laws, as appearing in the 2000 official edition, is hereby amended in line 4 by striking out the word “four” and inserting in place thereof the word “six” and in line 10 by striking out the number “4.5” and inserting in place thereof the following new number “6.0”.
