Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 2A of Chapter 291 of the Acts of 2004 is hereby amended by inserting at the end of the first paragraph after the word “Boston” the following:-
“; provided further, that $16,500 be provided to the Town of Orange for the maintenance of culverts and other necessary repairs resulting from beaver related flooding.”
