In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

AN ACT designating a certain bridge in the towns of Erving and Orange as the Franklin County Purple Heart Memorial Bridge

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.  The bridge on state highway route 2 going over Route 2A through the towns of Erving and Orange shall be designated and known as the Franklin County Purple Heart Memorial Bridge. The department of highways shall erect suitable markers bearing that designation in compliance with the standards of the department.
