AN ACT prohibiting radio advertisements on school buses

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.  Section 7B of chapter 90 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following paragraph:-

            No person shall broadcast radio programs or advertisements while operating a school bus.  This paragraph shall not prohibit the operation of two-way radios, walkie talkies or other devices used to communicate between bus operators or between bus operators and dispatchers.
