Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. The first paragraph of section 19A of chapter 90 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 1998 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following sentence:- This paragraph shall not apply to any motor bus which is in compliance with the weight limits specified in 23 CFR 658.17.
