In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

AN ACT RELATIVE TO THE DIRECTOR OF A STATE OPERATED VETERANS' CEMETERY

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.  Chapter 115 of the Massachusetts General Laws shall be amended by adding the following section:-

     Section 3B.  Appointment of Director of State Operated Veterans’ Cemetery. 
     The director and/or manager of a state operated veterans’ cemetery shall be a veteran as defined in the forty-third clause of section seven of chapter four of the Massachusetts General Laws.
