In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

AN ACT relating to claim for personal injury and property damage in the national guard

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Section 90 of Chapter 33 of the General Laws, as so appearing in the 2002 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking the following words:- “the findings of the board shall be subject to the approval of the commander in chief”
