In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

AN ACT REGUIRING A SUPERMAJORITY VOTE FOR THE UTILIZATION OF "RAINY DAY" FUNDS

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Section 2H of chapter 29 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 official edition, is hereby amended in line 26 by inserting at the end thereof the following :-

“And by votes of not less than two-thirds of the members of the House and Senate.”
