deadline of certain expenditures in Chapter 122 of the
Acts of 2006. Ways and Means (Senate).

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 1 of Chapter 122 of the Acts of 2006 is hereby amended by striking the penultimate sentence, “Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, appropriations made in this act shall not revert and shall be available for expenditure until June 30, 2007.” and inserting in place thereof the following sentence:-
Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, appropriations made in this act shall not revert and shall be available for expenditure until June 30, 2008.
