Kevin Murphy and Thomas Golden, Jr. (with approval of
mayor and city council) for legislation relative to a
parcel of land in the city of Lowell. Bonding, Capital
Expenditures and State Assets. |
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:x
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the division of capital asset management is hereby authorized and directed to release its reversionary interest in a parcel of land conveyed to the County of Middlesex by a deed dated February 24, 1986, and recorded with the Middlesex North Registry of Deeds at Book 3411, Pages 280-281.
