AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF A REGISTRATION PLATE

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the registrarof motorvehicles shall transfer registration plate numbered “454” to Munhall Fuel Co., Inc., 40 Summer Street, Watertown, MA 02472.
