AN ACT AMENDING THE CHARTER OF THE CITY OF SOMERVILLE TO PROVIDE FOR AN OPERATIONS MANAGER OF WATERWORKS AND 311 DIRECTOR

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Div. 1, Section 21 of the Charter of the City of Somerville is hereby amended by adding in the first sentence, after the words “a superintendent of water works;” the following:  “the operations manager of water works; 311 director;”

SECTION 2.   This Act will take effect upon passage.
