AN ACT RELATIVE TO HEALTH INSPECTORS OF THE CITY OF SOMERVILLE

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Section 2 of chapter 316 of the Acts of 2004 is hereby deleted.

SECTION 2.   This Act shall be effective upon passage.
