AN ACT TO PROHIBIT DISCRIMINATION AGAINST PHYSICAL THERAPISTS AND PHYSICAL THERAPIST ASSISTANTS IN SECURING MEDICAL MALPRACTICE INSURANCE

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.  Chapter 175, Section 193U of the General Laws is hereby amended in the fourth paragraph by inserting in the third line after the words “dental science”, the following:-

“Physical therapists and physical therapist assistants licensed under the provisions of Chapter 112,”
