In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

AN ACT RELATIVE TO CERTAIN CONSERVATION LAND IN THE TOWN OF AMHERST

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Chapter 287 of the Acts of 2004, approved August 9, 2004, is hereby amended by striking out the phrase “designated as parcel B” and replacing it with “designated as parcel A, which parcel is the northwestern portion of land taken pursuant to an Order of Taking dated July 13, 1987, also being a portion of Assessors Map 8D, Parcel 20 and containing 11.9 acres, more or less”.

SECTION 2.  All other provisions of said Chapter 287 shall remain in full force and effect, and shall not be amended by this act.
