AN ACT EXEMPTING BRIAN J. DONOGHUE OF NORWOOD FROM THE MAXIMUM AGE REQUIREMENTS FOR APPOINTMENT AS A FIREFIGHTER IN THE TOWN OF NORWOOD

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law of rule or regulation to the contrary regulating maximum age applicants for eligibility as firefighters, Brian J. Donoghue, now of Dean Street, Norwood, shall if he meets all other requirements, be eligible for certification and appointment to the fire department of the Town of Norwood.

SECTION 2.  This act shall take effect upon its passage.
