AN ACT RELATIVE TO DEISGNATING A CERTAIN CORNER IN THE WEST ROXBURY SECTION OF THE CITY OF BOSTON AS THE NICHOLAS G. BERAM VETERANS ASSOCIATION CORNER.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. The intersection of Weld Street and West Roxbury Parkway in the West Roxbury section of the City of Boston shall be designated as the Nicholas G. Beram Veterans Association Corner, in honor of the members of the Nicholas G. Beram Association, a local post, who have served our country’s military in the various armed conflicts in which our nation has been engaged.

SECTION 2. The department of conservation and recreation shall erect and maintain a suitable marker bearing the designation in compliance with the standards of the department.
