In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

AN ACT RELATIVE TO THE CERTIFICATION OF THE INSPECTOR OF BUILDINGS AND BUILDING COMMISSIONER IN THE CITY OF BROCKTON

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.   Notwithstanding the provisions of any general or special law or rule or regulation to the contrary, Joseph Vasapollo, duly appointed superintendent of buildings for the city of Brockton, shall be deemed to meet or exceed the qualifications for the position of inspector of buildings and building commissioner pursuant to section 3 of chapter 143 of the General Laws and the state building code.

SECTION 2.   This act shall take effect upon its passage.
