AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE TOWN OF WEYMOUTH TO TRANSFER CERTAIN WATER SUPPLYLAND

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.  Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled and by the authority of the same as follows:

Notwithstanding the provisions of any general or special law to the contrary, the Town of Weymouth, acting by and through its Mayor, is hereby
authorized to transfer to Kevin P. Martin, a certain parcel of land shown on Weymouth Assessor’s Map Sheet #29, as Block #376, Lot 28 containing 8,117 square feet, more or less, for consideration previously paid by Kevin P. Martin, and no longer needed for water supply purposes;

This transfer to take effect upon the passage of this Act.
