AN ACT GRANTING CREDIBLE SERVICE TO LINDA STETSON WILLOUGHBY.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.  Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, the MTRS is hereby authorized and directed to grant a creditable service to Linda Stetson Willoughby for the periods of September 1968 to Mary 1969, when she was employed as a house mother assistant and dormitory office clerk. Eligibility for the creditable service shall be conditioned upon payment into the annuity savings fund of the Massachusetts Retirement System in one sum or installments, upon such terms and conditions as the board may prescribe, an amount equal to that which would have been withheld as regular deductions from her regular compensation for said period of service, plus regular interest thereon.
