AN ACT RELATIVE TO NON-PUBLIC SCHOOL DEFERRED COMPENSATION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of
Representatives in General Court assembled,
SECTION 1. Section 40 of chapter 71 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “year, in line 16, the following words:- ; provided, however, that notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the payment of compensation to teachers in non-public schools may likewise be deferred."
