AN ACT PROVIDING FOR A BINDING QUESTION TO BE PLACED BEFORE THE VOTERS IN THE TOWN OF WRENTHAM

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.

The town clerk of the town of Wrentham shall cause the following binding question to be placed on the official ballot to be used in the town of Wrentham at its annual town election to be held in the month of April in the year 2005: “Shall the town of Wrentham continue the Pay-As-You-Throw Waste Reduction Program?

(YES ___ NO____)

SECTION 2.  This act shall take effect upon its passage.
