Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1.
Notwithstanding any general law to the contrary, the Boston Municipal Court shall establish a sick leave bank for James E. Vesey, an employee of the Boston Municipal Court; provided, however, that Mr. Vesey shall exhaust all of his sick time, vacation time, personal time, and comp time, before using any of the time donated to the sick bank. Any employees of the Boston Municipal Court may voluntarily contribute 1 or more sick, personal or vacation days to the sick leave bank for use by James E. Vesey. Whenever James E. Vesey terminates employment with the Boston Municipal Court or requests to dissolve the sick leave bank, the balance of sick leave shall be transferred to the Boston Municipal Court extended illness sick bank.
