Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1.
The commissioner of capital asset management and maintenance shall, notwithstanding the provisions of sections 40F ½, 40H, and 40I of chapter 7 of the General Laws or any other general or special law to the contrary, convey an easement over a certain parcel of land located in the town of Gardner to Claire M. Hill for access purposes. Said easement runs from Route 101 to the land of said Claire M. Hill.
