AN ACT RELATIVE TO THE ALLIED VETERANS RINK IN EVERETT

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.

Subsection (b) of section 279 of chapter 159 of the Acts of 2004 is hereby amended by striking out, in the second paragraph, the word “No proosla to lease the Allied Veterans rink in the city of Everett shall be deemed responsive without a proposal by the same offeror to lease the Cronin rink in the city of Revere” and inserting in place thereof following words: - 

“No proposal to lease the Allied Veterans rink in Everett shall be deemed responsive without a proposal by the same offeror to lease the Cronin rink in Revere; provided, however, that this linkage requirement shall not be applicable to any proposal by the City of Everett to lease the Allied Veterans rink.”
