Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 548 of chapter 26 of the acts of 2003, as amended by chapter 188 of the acts of 2004, is hereby amended by striking out “(m) The authority granted the commissioner hereunder shall cease as of June 30, 2005, however, the commissioner may complete any transaction for which agreements have been signed and delivered on or before that date.”
