AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF CERTAIN LAND IN THE TOWN OF MILTON

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.

Under sections 40F½ and 40J of chapter 7 of the General Laws, but notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, the commissioner of capital asset management and maintenance, in consultation with the commissioner of conservation and recreation, may convey the parcel of land designated as Parcel B on MDC Plan #36696-V.T., on file with the division of urban parks and recreation, to Alexis W. Blood of 19 Hurlcroft Road in the town of Milton.  The conveyance shall be for consideration of not less than the appraised value.  Any reasonable expenses associated with the conveyance, including but not limited to appraisal and inspection, shall be paid for or reimbursed by the purchaser.
