AN ACT REIMBURSING THE TOWN OF SOUTHBRIDGE FOR THE COST OF PURCHASING ITS OWN ARMORY

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.

Notwithstanding any General or Special Law to the contrary, there shall be appropriated from the general fund the sum of $737,000 to the town of Southbridge to reimburse the town for the purchase price and associated costs of the armory building and the surrounding land
