AN ACT TO IMPROVE CHILDREN’S HEALTH BY PROVIDING DENTAL COVERAGE TO PREGNANT WOMEN AND NEW MOTHERS

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.

The MassHealth program shall provide comprehensive dental benefits to pregnant women and mothers until their youngest child reaches the age of 3.
