AN ACT TO ENCOURAGE AND PROMOTE WATER MANAGEMENT

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.

The General Court finds that the Commonwealth must try to encourage sustainable water management for the good of its economy and all of its citizens.
