Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1.
Section 34 of Chapter 138 of the General laws, as it appears in the 2000 official edition, is hereby amended by adding the following new paragraph:
“Any person who violates this section shall be liable in tort for injuries or death caused to any person as a result of the operation by a person under the age of twenty-one who is under the influence of alcohol.”
