Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1.
Section 4 of chapter 234A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2002 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after clause 5 the following clause:-
5 1/2. Such person has custody of and is solely responsible for the daily supervision of a child under the age of 10.
