AN ACT RELATIVE TO HABITUAL OFFENDERS

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1

Chapter 279 section 25 is hereby amended by inserting in line 2, after the second appearance of the phrase, “another state” the following:-

“or once or more under federal law”
