AN ACT RELATIVE TO CRIMINAL OFFENDER RECORD INFORMATION CHECKS FOR ASSISTED LIVING EMPLOYEES

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.

Notwithstanding any special or general law to the contrary, the provisions of section 172E of chapter 6 shall also apply to assisted living residences as defined in section1 of chapter 19D and continuing care facilities defined in section 1 of chapter 40D.
