AN ACT FURTHER REGULATING UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION BENEFITS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.

Notwithstanding chapter 151A of the General Laws or any other general or special law to the contrary, no benefits payable by the Social Security Administration shall be deducted from the amount payable by the commonwealth to an individual collecting unemployment compensation benefits.
